This course is for anyone who is in a toxic and emotionally abusive relationship or anyone who has left one.

How does this course work?

This course will provide you with a framework in order to map out your own healing journey. The workbook includes a questionnaire that will help you figure out where you are in your journey and where you want to be.

What if this course doesn't work?

Healing is not a linear process, so you may find yourself getting stuck or not noticing any results when you finish the course. That’s okay!

When you sign up, you have lifetime access, so you can always go back and try certain healing steps again until you’re ready to move on.

Is this course a good alternative to therapy?

No, it’s not. While this course will help you gain clarity and identify the areas of yourself and your life that need special attention, it is not an alternative to professional help.

What is your expertise?

I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology as well as certification in Narcissistic Behaviors.

I was also involved in a toxic relationship that resulted in a child, so I experienced emotional abuse both during and after the relationship, along with the struggles of co-parenting with that individual.
